1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Sendivia is operated by Joshua Ozigi, Erfurter Str. 12, 10825 Berlin, Germany. We run a performance-based cold email outreach agency for B2B companies.
This policy explains how we handle information about visitors to www.sendivia.com (the "Site") and business prospects we contact by email on behalf of our clients.
2. Information we collect from Site visitors
We keep this minimal by design:
- We do not set any cookies of our own, and we do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on the Site. If we enable one in the future, we will update this policy first.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security purposes. We do not use these to profile visitors.
- If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
3. Prospect data we process for clients
Our service involves sending relevant B2B email outreach on behalf of our clients. To do that, we process business contact information: name, job title, company, business email address, and related professional details.
This data comes from publicly available sources, professional networks, and licensed business data providers. We process it as a service provider acting on our clients' instructions. We only use it to run outreach campaigns, manage replies, and maintain opt-out lists. We contact people about their work, at their work address. We do not target consumers.
4. How we use information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To respond to enquiries and booked calls.
- To run outreach campaigns for our clients and manage replies and opt-outs.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for behavioral advertising.
5. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: email sending infrastructure, hosting providers, and scheduling tools. They process data on our behalf under their own contractual obligations.
When we run a campaign for a client, that client receives the replies and engagement data from their own campaign. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
6. Your rights and choices
Opting out of our outreach. If we have emailed you on behalf of a client and you do not want to hear from us again, reply to any of our emails and say so, or email joshua@sendivia.com. We add opt-outs to a suppression list and honor them across all future campaigns.
EU / GDPR. If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal data, and to object to processing. Where we send B2B outreach, we rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis, and you can object at any time.
California / CCPA. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
To make any data request, email joshua@sendivia.com.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it, then delete it. We keep suppression (opt-out) lists indefinitely to ensure we never contact you again after you opt out.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we handle. No system is perfectly secure.
9. Children
The Site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 16.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will post changes on this page. Questions or data requests: joshua@sendivia.com.
