Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets the rules for using www.sendivia.com (the "Site"), and states the standards Sendivia holds its own outreach to. We send B2B email on behalf of our clients, and we take deliverability and compliance seriously because our business depends on both.

2. Acceptable use of the Site

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content, email addresses, or data by automated means without our written permission.
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with how it works.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
  • Upload or transmit malware or any harmful code.
  • Use the Site to break any law.

3. Our anti-spam commitments

We hold every campaign to the requirements of the US CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, EU and German law:

  • Accurate sender identification. Our emails truthfully identify who they are from. Header information is never falsified.
  • Truthful subject lines. Subject lines reflect what the email actually says.
  • A clear way out. Every recipient can opt out, including by simply replying to any email.
  • Opt-outs honored promptly. We process requests within 10 business days. Opt-outs go on a suppression list applied across all future campaigns.
  • Relevant business targeting only. We email people about their work, at their work address, on behalf of businesses whose offer is relevant to their role. We do not target consumers.

4. Client standards

We only send on behalf of legitimate businesses offering lawful products and services. We do not run campaigns for deceptive offers, illegal products, or content we consider abusive. We may decline, pause, or terminate any campaign that violates this policy or the law.

5. Opting out and reporting abuse

If you received an email from us and want to opt out: reply to the email and say so, or email joshua@sendivia.com. We will add you to our suppression list immediately.

If you believe an email connected to us violates this policy, report it to joshua@sendivia.com. We investigate all complaints.

6. Enforcement

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site for violations of this policy. Where a violation involves unlawful activity, we may notify the relevant authorities.
